Sometimes we forget how important water is to our health. We go through our day and just completely forget that we rarely hydrate our bodies. Of course water is vital for all life, but it is the number one key to peak fitness; without it, we would simply fall dead. Water is important to the mechanics of the human body. The body cannot work without it, just as a car cannot run without gas and oil. Are you drinking enough?
My 3 simple rules:
- Every time you eat, drink an entire glass. This will also prevent the possibility of over eating.
- Keep a bottle within arms reach at all times. This is a reminder to drink it constantly
- Keep urination clear, not yellow. That’s right.... clear!
