So you want to become stronger, you want to become better and you want faster times... right? How do I get there and what do you do?

The answer is simple my friends, QUALITY! WIthout this you will never accomplish advance gymnastic movements, weight lifting or any other CrossFIt movement. Setting a faster time on “Helen” because you barely got your chin over the bar will never translate to accomplishing a chest to bar pull-up. Range of motion is key, it is vital. It is a strength and conditioning lifeline.

Hold yourself to the highest standard no matter what the cost. Never compromise!
